I'm Lars Pauwels.
I spent three years in financial administration and audit accounting — the rigorous, audit-grade discipline most founders never get near. Since then I've taught finance and accounting to university students and one-to-one to operators of multi-million-euro businesses, and I've run the full finances of companies up to €7M across multiple entities — recovering overpaid VAT and rebuilding years of botched administration for owners who'd been let down by their accountants.
Background
Two and a half years ago I started my own finance agency. I'd started businesses before, travelled, and run straight into a smaller version of the same problem myself: money scattered across accounts, personal and business tangled together, no clear picture. So I built systems — using AI — to fix it. Now I do that for other online businesses.
I believe financial clarity is what buys you freedom: when you can trust your numbers, you build a leaner business that funds the life you want instead of consuming it.
